Our gym, founded by a former athlete from China’s national team, is dedicated to providing top-tier combat sports training. Our coaching team includes a Chinese national-level athlete, a New Zealand national team coach, and the only Chinese Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu black belt coach in New Zealand. We offer a wide range of classes, including Chinese Sanda, kickboxing, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, mixed martial arts, and traditional martial arts. Our programs are open to students aged 4 and above, from beginners to experienced fighters. Whether you’re new to combat sports or a seasoned athlete, we welcome you to join us in improving your skills, building strength, and pushing your limits!
SAN DA
Sanda is a practical combat sport that combines traditional Chinese martial arts with modern fighting. It includes kicking, hitting, throwing and other techniques, and focuses on the comprehensive use of speed, strength and skills.
KICKBOXING
Kickboxing is a comprehensive fighting sport that combines boxing, taekwondo, Muay Thai and other techniques. Players can use fists, legs and other parts of the body to attack.
B J J
Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ) is a ground-based martial art that emphasizes the use of leverage principles and techniques to help the weaker ones gain an advantage when facing stronger opponents. Its core techniques include joint locks, suppression and chokes, and the goal is to win by making the opponent submit or control the opponent.
MMA
(MMA) is an all-round combat sport that combines a variety of fighting techniques, including stand-up strikes, wrestling, ground control and other techniques. MMA players need to master different fighting styles including boxing, Muay Thai, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, wrestling, free fighting, etc., and be able to fight effectively in any situation.
WU SHU

Tai Chi emphasizes the use of softness to overcome hardness. It guides the flow of Qi and blood in the body through gentle movements, improving balance, coordination and endurance.
